Manny Blu Announces New EP DEViL
Former hockey player, MMA fighter, and native Montrealer Manny Blu has announced his new EP, DEViL will be released August 20, 2021. The EP will include the previously released track “Train”, and the new single “Might As Well Lead” is out May 21.
DEViL features testaments of love, and songs that describe both his personal and professional life. Manny Blu brings his country-punk attitude to the forefront with lyrics like, “If you’re gonna play with fire, go on and burn this whole place down. Let those flames get higher til’ you can’t find your way out. If you’re gonna fall like an angel, if you’re gonna fly with me... If you’re gonna dance with the devil, hell, you might as well lead,”
Manny Blu continues to develop and mold his unique vibe to country music–a sound he introduced with his debut EP Leave It Like It Is in 2019, followed by his 2020 release, New Ink. In addition to “Might As Well Lead,” other tracks on the upcoming EP DEViL are “Train,” and three other upcoming releases, titled “Valet” (featuring Quebec’s Brittany Kennell), “Rusty Things,” and “Circle Up” (featuring New York’s Blaine Holcomb).
“Might As Well Lead” is now available for pre-save on all streaming services here.
